The Vuba Global Technical Committee is chaired by Sean Scott, Founder of Vuba and a pioneer in resin bound technology. As Chair, Sean brings together industry specialists from around the world to share expertise, tackle technical challenges and help shape the future of the industry.
From starting out in a small resin systems business to building Vuba into a leading force in resin technology, Sean's journey has been shaped by hands-on experience, technical challenges and a drive to improve the industry. Today, he brings this experience to supporting innovation, technical excellence and the next generation of talent at Vuba.

ZACK FERRI
Zack brings over a decade of hands-on installation experience and now leads technical training and development for Vuba Stone USA.
SIMON HUBBLE
Simon brings over 25 years' experience in resinous flooring and now runs Vuba Surfaces Kent and Essex, supporting installers through his expertise and training.
PATRICK LAVIN
Patrick Lavin, PE brings 30+ years' experience in the asphalt and chemical industries, with expertise spanning global leadership, technology and asphalt applications.
TRACEY GLEW
Tracey is Founder and Managing Director of The Preparation Group, with 30+ years' experience in flooring and surface preparation, and CEO of FeRFA.
JAMES ACKROYD
James leads Vuba's technical team, specialising in problem-solving and technical support. His background spans telecommunications, engineering and network planning.
NELSON BIRCH
Nelson is a experienced surfacing contractor and consultant, specialising in resin surfacing, technical specifications and innovative installation solutions.
BEN BROOKER
Ben has over 25 years' experience in resin flooring and has managed Northern Star Flooring for eight years. He specialises in industrial resin flooring, with extensive hands-on experience across the UK and internationally.
